A Property is the physical parcel of land.

The Property function can be used for managing interactions on projects that may have physical impacts on land parcels i.e a road development project that has noise and vibration impacts on nearby neighbouring properties.

Address Line 1 & City are required fields on the record.
Careful consideration should be made to record any site-specific configuration which has been defined including:
Tags: An additional filter to aid property search. A tag could be a characteristic of the property or different phases of land access/ purchase negotiation.
Regions: a geographic filter for properties that help you search and report (e.g. mine area vs transport route).
Custom fields: fields defined to record key information relevant to your project.

A property can be linked to a Stakeholder Interaction, Complaint or Task. The records can also exist as a stand alone record not linked to other records.
