1. Search for your complaint by using the search function on the left top corner.

2. Select your complaint by selecting the relevant results on the left navigation.

3. Under the Details tab, click notification details this will open your notification in the complaint middle page.

4. By default the notification can be sent directly to the user who was assigned to this complaint, or you can add another email address if you wish for it to be sent to another party.

5. You can display the content of the complaint and add any notes to it if you wish.


6. Click save and send for it to be sent. An email will be sent with the details of the complaint.
