Using your Categories to classify the content of your interactions will give you insight into the topics and issues that are current and important to your Stakeholders.
To classify your content, follow these steps or watch the video at the end of this article. This example uses a new interaction.

  1. Add a new interaction, recording the content and specifying all the relevant information e.g. method, direction, linked stakeholders, sentiment > Save and Open Record or open an existing record

  2. Highlight the text that you want to classify and from the classification tree (located on the right) tick the appropriate category(ies). Text can be classified to more than 1 category if relevant

  3. Select the Stakeholder(s) that you want to save/allocate the quote to > click Classify

  4. The classified text, category and stakeholder(s) will be tabulated at the bottom of the page.

  5. Repeat for any other content you need to classify

  6. Click Save to save all the classifications.
